Found a scam that got through, or had a genuine email flagged as one? Tell us about it. Reports of a missed scam and of a false positive are the two most useful things you can send — they are what the checks are tuned against.

What to include if you can

• The sender address, and the subject line, of the email in question
• Which mail service you use — Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, Proton, iCloud or Zoho
• What the extension showed, if it showed anything at all

None of it is required, and none of it is scanned automatically — you are writing a message to a person, not feeding a mailbox. Please do not forward the suspicious email itself; the address and subject are enough to look into it.

Requests about your data

To ask about anything stored on your installation, the deletion route described in the privacy policy still applies and is the better channel for it.
